At Vackspace™, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-day return window.

Returns

You have 60 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all tags attached and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact us first. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and a return label.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: We do not offer a free return service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We do not operate warehouses in Europe or the USA. All returns are processed through our centralized warehouse in China, located near our fabric production facility.
This setup is part of our eco-conscious logistics strategy — reducing unnecessary transportation steps helps minimize CO₂ emissions and supports our commitment to a more sustainable supply chain.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After this period, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer want the item, you may return it once delivered (see above).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback — we’re happy to help resolve any issues.
Filing a chargeback without communication may be treated as fraudulent behavior.

Returns associated with chargebacks must be completed within 20 days of the dispute.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Flammable or hazardous materials
  • Gift cards or items marked “final sale”

The fastest way is to keep the original and place a new order.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order was delivered within the EU, you may cancel or return it for any reason within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer law.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Vackspace™ Lifetime Warranty

Your Vackspace™ backpack includes a one-time lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Covered:

  • One free exchange for qualifying manufacturing defects

Not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. zippers, abrasions)
  • Damage from misuse, weather, or unauthorized repairs
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect use
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Issues not reported within 48 hours of delivery

To file a warranty claim, please provide your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review and respond with next steps.

Note: Warranty exchanges do not qualify for refunds.
Return shipping for warranty claims is the customer’s responsibility. If the original item is not returned, a full replacement charge may apply.
