At Vackspace™, we’re committed to fast, reliable delivery worldwide. Please read the details below to understand how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, and responsibilities.


Order Processing

  • All orders are charged at checkout and are subject to verification before shipment.
  • We aim to process orders within 24 hours, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed during high-demand periods may require extra time.
  • Once an order is processing in our system, no changes (including address updates) can be made.

Shipping Confirmation

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Carrier name
  • Tracking number
  • Estimated delivery window

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days from the time the order leaves our warehouse.

Please note: Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • High-volume shipping periods

While rare, these delays are beyond our control.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may incur customs or import fees based on your country’s regulations. These charges:

  • Are not included in your order total
  • Are the customer’s responsibility
  • Must be paid directly to the customs office or carrier

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs or import fees, we may deduct return shipping and processing costs from your refund.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but not received, contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • If your package arrives damaged, email us at info@vackspace.com within 48 hours with photos.
  • Vackspace is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

We rely on timestamped delivery data from the carrier to evaluate claims.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure all shipping details are correct when placing your order.

  • We cannot change addresses once the order is processing.
  • If a package is returned due to address errors, reshipping fees may apply.
